What information was your wife given in the pre-flight briefing? This is overwhelmingly the best source of information.
Her flight hasn't landed in Sydney yet, so will wait to hear when she lands and then update. Was just hoping I could preemptively give her some advice about best way of trying to get onto an earlier flight if possible
