It is not real because it errors out at payment screen.

Right, it errored out at payment screen. Based on previous experiences in early 2023, calling in would not help at all as the agent encountered the same error.
My guess would be those are really phantom seats. AS seems to have phantom seats with ALL its partners, probably due to their system never updates the initial availability to stay current. They obviously do not have incentives to do so with the planned devaluation in the work, since early 2023.
