BA15 Delay from Singapore
Hi there, my wife was on the Ba15 20/12 flight from LHR to Sydney, and then onwards to Auckland on Qantas 143. The BA flight from Singapore was delayed leaving for 1 hour 50 minutes, and wondering if anyone knows the reason? BA have proactively booked her onto an Air New Zealand which leaves 6 hours later than original flight was meant to (and as it's Air NZ presumably can't use the Qantas lounge as silver card). Would the best option be for her to try and talk to staff at Sydney to get into an earlier flight, since there are plenty of Qantas flights. And if not would this be eligible for compensation?
