Few BE fare options for those looking for old school BiS mileage runs on United from LAX/EWR/HNL/BQN/SJU, all less than 4 cpm.

Lots of LAX-HNL-LAX (bonus if you can sneak in SFO as a stop for $5-10 more) and LAX-EWR-SJU-EWR-LAX availability in January and February, same day turnaround and same flight I believe based on tracking inbound planes. In the past few days BQN seems to be back as well with slightly better returns than the SJU routing. HNL-BQN offers available March 2-7 as well.

Work-from-home specials as ContinentalFan calls it have opened up on a few select dates. LAX-EWR-MCO/FLL/MIA-LAX and LAX-MCO-EWR-LAX style routes available in late February for anywhere 3.3-3.7 cpm, all red-eyes + next day return so don't have to spend on a hotel. LAX-EWR-MIA-EWR-LAX available March 12-13 and March 19-20. If you don't mind an overnight stay in a hotel, you can get some more availability in April.

SFO-KOA-SFO and LAX-KOA-LAX available for sub 4 cpm all the way through May. This is probably the best BiS summer deal I've found so far, most others die down by March with a select few dates in May.

EDIT: IAH and ORD have been notoriously bad for BiS runs, but there is AUS-ORD-SFO/LAX-HNL-LAX-SFO-AUS on some dates for sub 4 cpm ($359-364). Didn't dig deep enough to see if there's an ORD routing on the return flight as well. The other option out of ORD is ORD-IAH-SJU-IAD-ORD at $176 (3.45 cpm)
