DL has OnBoard Leaders, or OBLs. On domestic routes, its a meaningless designation, simply doing the bar counts and handing in the paperwork.

For their int'l service, these individuals do seem to be more of a manager/orchestrator during the flights and do in fact direct the other FAs to particular tasks.
