That's unavoidable. You can argue that KLM could for example reorganize operations so that a planebeing delayed from Dublin will not mean it's subsequent planned leg to Stockholm is also delayed. But not that being delayed out of Amsterdam, KLM can somehow magic up an aircraft in Dublin before the inbound lands...

Maybe a runway between A4 and A5, parallel to A9, which can have a procedure that has the departing traffic turn right to avoid Haarlem. Otherwise northwest of Hoofddorp, but then there's no way to avoid built up areas, or between Hoofddorp and Nieuw Vennep but that's even further than Polderbaan.
