If it doesn’t get back to PE, then you should be eligible for EU261 downgrade compensation. This will be 75% of the price of the affected sectors, less taxes (but not surcharges).

Of course, EK will blame trip.com and it would probably mean you’d need to go to a small claims court to try and get your money. And I guess it would only be on the ARN-NRT as the NRT-ARN would be out of scope.
