It's been there forever—probably long before I was born! IIRC it's owned by the RTAF but open to the public. I believe there is some kind of system on the course that tells people to pause play when the runways/crossing taxiways are active so that a stray golf ball won't uhhh affect airport operations. Never played there myself, but I've heard from people who have that it's quite a unique experience.

Thana City Golf Course meanwhile is immediately south of BKK. Probably not as fun as playing in between runways, but it's practically right under final approach for 01L and 01R.
