Changes on the F&B side were going to happen after Mr. Chapman left, as some "refreshing" was inevitable, even in this very conservative property.
First, there was a new Director of F&B and, now, a new Chef.

If there was some incompatibility or difference of opinions between the DoF&B or the GM and the Chef, maybe we should leave this matter between the protagonists.

Same thing with the Chef at LMBKK that I think had planned to retire from his hotel career at the hotel.
