Are the AA award seats shown on AS site phantom, when AA itself does not show Saver?

AA does not have saver seats on its own metal yet AS shows availability at the 57.5K level. BA, too, also shows availability but of course BA wants ridiculous amount of miles plus YQ on TATL AA flights.

I wonder whether AS also have phantom availability on AA flights like it does on other partners?
