I was 0/2 earlier this week on 737s with Viasat. Flight attendant said she thought they sent an email saying it was only going to be on select flights. Viasat told me to contact American. Hopefully they retain this benefit otherwise American will be even less competitive with United and Delta
It’s odd because access via T-Mobile was only rolled out on Viasat equipped planes a few months ago. So this seems to indicate they decided to backtrack on it.
Here’s the press piece from June that said:
