Contact your local TK ticket office. They will have a form for you to complete and send copy of the cc (at least that was the procedure some years ago).
That being said if the online payment involved some kind of 3D verification process (e.g. Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code) pax should and will not be asked to present the credit card at check-in.
Looks like the procedure have changed. I tried to call my local office multiple times but they never answer. Called the 800 number and was told that if I did not see a popup saying that the card needs to be verified, everything should be OK. To verify the card, one needs to physically stop by a ticket counter and show the CC used and an ID. I do not remember seeing the popup, so my friend should be OK.
