Am I missing something here? Last I checked, the cancellation policy on an award stay was the same as the cancellation policy on paid stays, airline tickets, and my cable TV subscription, which is to say that it consists of whatever is written into the language one agrees to at the time of entering into the contract. In the case of Hilton reservations, this is generally shown on the screen before completing the reservation. I'm genuinely confused as to what is being asked in this thread.
