BFMR is doing ok I think but PM delayed payments are 2 weeks behind. It happened every year so it is not a surprise. They don’t have spare cash that can handle a huge surge during holiday
PM seems to be very responsive to tickets in my experience but scan ins are about a week and payments are another 7=10 days
