For me the only possible way to hit Globalist from 0 was via the Chase World of Hyatt Card this was back in 2018.
I quite literally spent my way to Globalist. I did over 100k in MS (Manufactured Spending) netting me about 42 EQN’s plus the 5 for having the card. I only actually stayed 13 nights that year. With having Globalist at that point I’ve requalified with $0 in Manufactured Spend and at least 40 actual nights stayed per year, even in 2020 with COVID. I think oddly enough 2020 was our most actual nights stayed just because every hotel was so cheap. We were staying in Category 7’s for $100 a night and getting crazy upgrades because hotels were at such low occupancy.
Having Globalist if you’d never get it naturally and worked your way into getting it you’ll do whatever you can to keep it. At least that’s how it is for me.
