Another benefit I find amazing (although quite a few hotels bypass that) is the fact that ONLY the status member is entitled to the free drink kindly gifted upon arrival.
If 2 of us are travelling and I only get given a voucher for 1 person, I kindly decline as I feel the half hearted commercial gesture is quite frankly insulting.
