I was offloaded off of KL1132 and put on AF 1051 instead. The PSL was once again a savior. This other guy behind me at the gate was also going to VLC and couldn't get a hold of KL, will likely have to stay either in CPH or be stuck in Amsterdam until Friday.

PSL confirmed tomorrow basically everything to VLC except for the morning transavia flight is full, but it's not a codeshare (or so I understood). Rerouting on Swiss or on AF via CDG also wasn't an option tomorrow.

now let's hope AF1051 isn't further delayed because that might make the 2F to 2G transfer tricky.
