I stayed at the Raffles for one night this weekend on an FHR booking. The product itself is absolutely amazing. Rooms are brand new and well equipped, the spa is stunning. Bar and restaurants are incredible.
However, the service was very rude in all areas. Check-in was quick and transactional (no info about the spa, gym, breakfast hours, not offered a small tour of the public areas). Staff at the restaurant was friendly, but the opposite at the bar. Very few interest to foreign or in-house guests.
