I've been in that suite several times and the street noise is no worse than on higher floors IMO. The TS on the 6th floor is considerably louder for some weird reason.

Since this property is such an easy upgrade, I'd never pay, but at times when base rooms are going for over $400 here and in SF, $700 would not be a bad price for that suite.
