Enter your flight number on the car rental reservation and the location will track your arriving flight and will be open on your arrival. I have had this situation several times with my late arriving flight at ALB. Avis/Budget was still open for the arriving passengers. I am usually the last fast break customer with my rental agreement printed in advance and waiting for me.
