If you are asking which has the better Prem Econ (not extra leg room coach seats), it is hands down UA because US gives J class style meals rather than the exact same meal as coach. Otherwise everything is the same. If it is about the extra legroom “class” they are both the same except I think DL gives International routes eye shades while UA does not and DL gives them a snack basket and UA does not
DL PS meals are not exact same as coach. They come of Delta One menu, but are plating is more like coach (but with silverware instead of bamboo utensils).
