We reserved connecting premier rooms through FHR for our upcoming stay: king bed connected to 2 double beds. We're traveling with 3 teens so we requested a rollaway bed for the double bed room. I called the hotel directly to confirm the rollaway only to find that all rollaways are taken for our stay! Are rollaways that popular at this hotel? Seems strange. Any suggestions on who I should contact? Perhaps the director of rooms or GM? Thx much.
