I did that and UA still refused to credit, although I wasn't given the email address you quoted in your reply, which I may try and see if it gets me anywhere.

It is not a UA problem if this is really shown to be credited to a TG account. Strange that this only happens for some segments - usually its an all or nothing problem. OP, does the TG BP show a UA FQTV designation? That would certainly help. Possibly the TG agent mistyped it and entered it as TG instead of UA?
Hi there, no there was no FQTV number on the BP for either of the segments where I had to chase. Really odd.

Trip started in October and I returned at the end of November. Looks like I will have to throw it to Thai for a resolution.
