If you are asking which has the better Prem Econ (not extra leg room coach seats), it is hands down UA because US gives J class style meals rather than the exact same meal as coach. Otherwise everything is the same. If it is about the extra legroom “class” they are both the same except I think DL gives International routes eye shades while UA does not and DL gives them a snack basket and UA does not
