Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked standard and applied CSU to 1 bedroom suite at top floor.

How are the rooms?
Comfortable even though it isn't really that spacious. More lively decorated than the HIX in the same building. No door between bedroom and living area.
However the bedroom is facing other rooms at the connected tower so I had to close the curtain all the time for privacy. Luckily the living area windows faces another direction.
Bathroom (separate shower and bathtub) and toilet is separate.

How is the exec. lounge?
N/A

What was good and what was bad?
Good
- Plat receives one drink voucher per night
- Free infused water at lobby (and different flavours every day)
- Got a small departure gift (of stroopwafel) at check-out, love the gesture.

Bad
- I really wish they have separate hair conditioner.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
Standard room was priced the same as HIX in the same building. If I need a reasonably-priced suite (or a bathtub) I'll return, otherwise would choose the HIX for free breakfast.
