As for Rouge, I am inclined to think it may be done for long haul vacation destinations with the end of the 767, but for Caribbean routes they still cram in an extra dozen or so folks compared to mainline variants, so I think they have some life left on many (though not all) Caribbean destinations. These are some of the most cost conscious passengers and relatively short routes, so makes sense to run a more crammed plane.
