Stayed three nights at the Conrad Tulum recently. Booked a FHR deal that gave an additional $275 in resort credit and 3rd night free, so stay was fairly reasonable cost wise. At the hotel, we were told the $100 FHR credit can only be used for F&B, and the additional $275 could be used for spa or F&B.
Couldn't find much information on the spa, so attached the price menu below. Of note, the hydrotherapy included in treatments are segregated by male/female and consist of sensation shower, sauna/steam room, and cold plunge/hot tub. We booked a couples massage package since we had excess resort credit. Overall, the spa prices are very high for Mexico (but comparable to other luxury hotels worldwide). It was nice but didn't feel worth it, fairly standard/wasn't too impressed by the massage itself although the facilities were nice. We felt the spa experience at Los Colibros Jungle Spa ($90 per person for 2 hr massage + tips) was superior to the spa at Conrad Tulum.
Lots of information in the previous reviews, so won't go into lots of detail. The hard product is nice, especially the bathroom but overall got the sense hotel was aspiring to be 5 stars rather than actually being a 5 star experience. The plunge pool on the balcony is a nice concept but a strange size and too dirty to use, even after we asked for it to be cleaned. Taxis/private transportation are very expensive - just to get to Akumal which is only 10 mins away cost $50 roundtrip (and was quoted much higher by multiple other companies) so really recommend a rental car if you plan to go off property. The F&B was good quality, particularly the made to order stations at breakfast and the nachos at Ultramar. We didn't eat at any of the fine dining resorts, which were significantly more expensive, but the chiriguintos had good food that wasn't ridiculously expensive.
We stayed at Secrets Moxche for 4 nights after the Conrad Tulum and overall felt the experience was better there. Was extremely annoyed because the bill that was uploaded to Hilton showed we owed money that was equal to the resort credit from FHR. I called Hilton about this who said to speak to the hotel, and when I called the hotel (was transferred to multiple people) eventually spoke to the front desk attendant who had checked us out. He confirmed we didn't owe anything but said that Hilton couldn't see the resort credit because it was from Amex. He said he would upload the bill again, but it's been several days and the bill on the Hilton app still shows a remaining balance (which hasn't been charged).
Overall worth a visit if you find a good FHR deal, but wouldn't pay a premium compared to the higher end AI experience in the Riveria Maya.
