I am afraid of flying United all together and haven't done it since that poor doctor got dragged off the plane on the floor with a bloody nose. Thankfully, I have very little need for domestic travels these days. I used to be 1K for a few years during my corporate life, I had my share of unpleasant experience with United. So, now I gladly boycott United.
