The Lounges are a bit confusing. However, Lounge Templelhof is cool in that it has a private passport control you can use.

The entrance to the Tegel lounge is located on level E1 opposite gate B17. The staircase, which also leads to bus gates B12-15 in E0, leads to the lounge in E2.
