The Hotel's Front Desk team is a pleasure to deal with. Yesterday morning, I sent an email to
[email protected] to ask for restaurant recommendations for two evenings of 23 and 24 Dec. I gave my preferred choice of Japanese cuisines. An hour later, the Front Desk Host replied with a list of FIVE restaurants to choose from, and it being holiday weekend, the Host had also first called each restaurant to check for availability on each day and at what times. Knowing that I would only choose two restaurants, I was pleasantly surprised she went out of her way to check five possibilities for me. The Host did email a credit card authorization form for me to fill out, to use as guarantee, in case the hotel books the restaurants, and I did not show up.
We are looking forward to our visit to Kanazawa this weekend.
