With the milestone bonuses, you're actually earning 1.5 hyatt pts per dollar spent if you take the points. You also get the free night certs. There's a good argument to be made that spending on the business card is a very good idea up to the 150 nights. Also, you should be staying 25-60 nights per year at Hyatts anyway, so the spend requirement is even less. You may only have to spend ~$200k on a the business card, earning 1.5x pts/dollar, plus all the milestone bonuses. If you can use the free night certs it can definitely make sense. Plus, you get the points rebate after the $50k spend, so that's another 20k points. Assuming you're earning and burning and visiting Hyatts, it's a pretty strong value.
