The planes are the most recent A350s, referred to as A350 Next generation. If the plane is one year old or less it will likely have the new Recaro suite-like seating.

I am scheduled on one confirmed by Iberia on MAD-BOG. Recently flew MAD-UIO in another, older A350 with the non suite config.

The seat map is the same so hard to tell at booking time.
