Yeah, I'm shocked they've kept the prices locked at $700+ *and* never seem to offer any sort of suite upgrade rates (e.g. Lp Prem Suite). Just left my final stay of the year there and every suite had availability, every night... same as every other time I've stayed there. Have to imagine they're just sitting empty the vast majority of the time.
And there's no way those rooms are worth $700+, possibly excepting only the Signature Terrace Suite.
It's great for Globalist upgrades.
