I'm going to visit a friend in January and got this itinerary. Paid $150ish and 35k miles for it. My question is if it's possible to upgrade to business and when the best point would be, either at checkin at the counter or online or at the gate agent, calling up KLM before, etc. How much could I expect to pay for that? I've got no status, just the KLM BoA credit card.
