I appreciate this is frustrating, but until your plane is airborne, the exact arrival time is not known and most BA agents, unless perhaps you are calling the GGL line, will refuse any rebooking.
Thanks, that sounds right. Agents refused but I just got a automated rebooking to FRA later in the day so at least thats good. Looks like BA knows there is no way for us to make the original connection and proactively rebooked. Would have loved to get to CGN directly, but this is a good outcome.
