I have stayed there a few times. Location is okay - if a bit congested. Near tunnel bus, major cross-island buses, MTR, and tram. Very nice for service apartment-style living. Well designed with modern taste.

Whether you will like it will depend on 1) if you like the "busy-streets perspective" of HKG; 2) if you want a traditional hotel-type stay. If you're looking for the RC, Conrad, Shangri-La, etc, JIA probably isnt for you. However, if you're more comfortable in a flat-type environment, JIA is a good place to try. I only wish it were closer to Victoria Park / had a calmer view.
