If you're trying to make travel plans now for October/November 2024, you shouldn't be flying NRSA.
Heck, it's entirely possible that one or more TYO routes will be canceled between now and October 2024.
And unless your friend has access to the really good "internal stats" (and no one outside Revenue Management does), booking data won't tell you much until inside of a month to departure. Depending on the route, it might not even tell you much until inside of a week to departure. (Different routes have far different advance booking curves)
