Everyone has different experiences on AI. Flew IAH-YYZ-DEL (IAH to YYZ on United) and back last month on J. Food and drinks were excellent on both flights, seats worked, toilets were clean, IFE on outbound needs improvement but on the return, quite good. Cabin interiors could be better, but I generally dont care about interiors. UA and AC have a long way to catch up to AI.
