I would recommend Grab. You'll probably find a Grab booth at MNL at arrivals and when you order a Grab from GH, they will note the driver's license plate and confirm going to MNL.
I'd budget 30 minutes to MNL from GH. Looking at Google Maps now, it is showing 21 minutes and it is currently 9:21 PM in Manila.
