All is good with me, am no diva, but it shows the overall inconsistency in many phases of the AC experience ...... don't get me started on the free bevy/snack for SE too

I'm not sure I understand the people who expect the whole 'George Clooney, Up in the Air' in-flight recognition. Just like the people who expect the Concierge to acknowledge their birthday. It's not part of the SOP for the inflight staff; the inflight staff are paid to execute the SOP, which when they deviate from we all like to complain about. What are they going to do for you anyways (on the fly so to speak), offer another glass of cheap Prosecco and a brownie, get all the FA's together and sing 'he's a wonderful fellow', or...?
Personally, I don't need this kind of recognition from an Airline, just give me the perks I've earned by crossing the threshold and maybe be a bit more transparent about what those are. .
