But.... they say my ulti will end 31-12-2024?!
I qualified for 2 years per april 2021 and 2023.
where did the last 3 month go?

Did i miss another one sided term change?

I do not see the problematic highlighted.
Is it that as first ULTI enrolled client, we are losing 3 months of ULTI status ? Is it what we are talking about ?
