Contact your local TK ticket office. They will have a form for you to complete and send copy of the cc (at least that was the procedure some years ago).

That being said if the online payment involved some kind of 3D verification process (e.g. Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code) pax should and will not be asked to present the credit card at check-in.
