Do LAX 1-2 times a month, the tannoy system in QF First has worked roughly 25% of the time the last 4 months…

Also- for those saying the OP should complain in the moment to the IFM. Whilst I agree this is the best for an immediate solution, personally on the return leg I just want to get to sleep and get home- so a higher threshold/tolerance is probably there.

However these things are cumulative and I’d imagine the comment about not ordering if OP was going to sleep probably happened not far out of LHR. At which point I’d be pretty angry but complaining on board has limited upside and will just delay me getting off the plane.

That being said- I’ve had good crews to and out of LAX this year, and good service from the ground team. One flight was delayed in Sept because crew were late to the airport… one of our offices is near where they stay and timings to LAX vary drastically depending on time of day!

Also noticed in Jan they are dropping the A380 and 268/269…
