We as French are so good in creating confusion and "Usine à gaz" (a mess) for such an easy process.
One more exemple, which belongs to LP thread, I got the CS Manager confirmed that MEX will no longer be served in P for the foreseeable future. I have a booking in April, I need to wait until I'm downgraded to do something, why can't they be proactive so I can plan accordingly ?
