All BA flights are called in the QF First Lounge, so it is safe to remain there until the flight is called.
For reference, at least I knew this beforehand and was pretty relaxed but in the end, some BA passengers left early because the screens showed "On Time".
At least the QF flight to Melbourne was delayed significantly that day as well, because the QF protocol is to merge everyone to the OW Business Lounge after the last QF flight at LAX boards.
