Just completed a stay there during the last week of November for a few nights, absolutely great hotel/service. Location is also prime (my third time in Tokyo and I love Ginza as a central location, and Centric feels like center of Ginza to me). The snacks in the lobby is a nice touch.

Room is great and love the showers. I had a standard king size for a family of 4 (two toddlers). I informed them I will have kids and they prepared a mini-bath robe and slipper for my kids - they loved it.

When I left Tokyo I forgot to bring my passport with me and it was in the safe. They called me around the same time I realized and said they will hold until I return to Tokyo (which was in a few days). It was a stress-free process in getting it back.

Will stay there again until the PH renovation attracts my attention
