ATL Be Relax benefit and Lounge quick questions
1) Guessing only the person in whose name the PP is can access - not spouse? I searched but didn't see any info.
Since it is only once per cardholder on any given day. Unlike cardholder + 2 guests for lounges.

2) The lounge is in the International Concourse - should have access right for onward flight to Costa Rica?

3) Also for restaurants - it is $28+$28 per restaurant?
