Yes. Let's see what my concierge says.
I guess I can make a complaint to Hyatt corporate if she doesn't resolve things.
The staff at the Grand Hyatt Rio is very nice but I think the hotel needs some preventative mechanical work done. It looks great from a distance but up close there are some issues.
Also, I noticed the chairs in the room had stains and my new room that I was moved to didn't have a complete set of towels.
