You're thinking of the snacks in coach. The F snack basket currently has Lesser Evil popcorn, Tate's cookies, almonds, potato chips, and a couple of other items.

The only NYC-WAS flights with consistent drinks and snacks is on the CRJ500. All other flights are variable.
