Same boat as you Pascal, I asked them and told me rules have changed for the greater good... I spare you the mail even if I intend to reply. It's not about the 3 months, we've flown to get to reach 1800, not 1500..

Concernant votre statut Ultimate, l'évolution du programme a été décidée suite à l'ensemble des remontées clients, notamment la prise en compte du surplus des UXP, perdus jusqu'alors, ainsi qu'une période trop longue pour obtenir le statut.
If I had the rollover I would have been Ulti for the next 4 years..
Chaque cas a ses particularités et le maximum a été fait pour que cette évolution soit la plus bénéfique pour l'ensemble de nos clients.

Je regrette que dans votre situation nous ne puissions vous garantir le maintien de votre statut Ultimate jusqu'au 31 mars 2025 sauf bien sûr si vous cumulez 900 UXP ou plus entre le 1er janvier 2024 et le 31 décembre 2024, ce qui vous garantirait le statut pour toute l'année 2025.
